Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in how we handle cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities when it comes to payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Single Sessions & Weekly Classes

Cancellations made 3 hours or more before the session start time are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

If we cancel a session or programme (e.g. due to weather, coach illness, or facility issues), you will be offered one of the following:

A full refund for that session

A rescheduled session at no extra cost

Credit toward a future booking

No refunds are issued for no-shows or failure to attend without prior notice.

If your child is unable to attend due to illness or injury.

We understand emergencies happen. Refunds or credits due to bereavement, sudden illness, or other serious circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us with relevant information.
