These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your participation in any football coaching services provided by EB Ballers. By booking or attending our sessions, you agree to these terms.

We provide football coaching sessions for children and young people of various skill levels. Information about our sessions, locations, and prices is available on our website and booking platforms.

All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or agreed booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may be eligible for a rescheduled session or refund.
No refunds are issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
If we cancel a session (e.g., due to extreme weather), you will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund.
You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to participation.
All players must bring suitable clothing, footwear, and water.
Our coach is qualified, DBS-checked, and follow safeguarding best practices.
We reserve the right to remove a participant if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
Participation is at your own risk.
We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.
You are responsible for any personal items brought to our sessions.

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
