All staff and coaches working with EB BALLERS are expected to:

·       Act professionally at all times

·       Treat all children equally and respectfully

·       Wear appropriate sports clothing

·       Arrive punctually

·       Maintain positive behaviour standards

·       Follow safeguarding procedures

·       Report concerns immediately

Staff must not:

·       Use inappropriate language

·       Engage in aggressive behaviour

·       Smoke or vape during sessions

·       Consume alcohol or drugs before or during sessions

·       Exchange private social media messages with children

Failure to follow this code may result in removal from duties.
